2014 Advance and Special Voting Opportunities Turnout
The City of Duncan saw a higher voter turnout for the two advance voting opportunities held at City Hall. In total there were 265 electors who came out to vote on November 5th and November 12th combined. This figure exceeds the 2011 overall advance voter turnout of 184 voters.
A Special Mobile Voting opportunity was also held on November 5th and November 12th for residents, patients, and employees of six seniors / assisted living facilities in Duncan. The total voter turnout was 116 voters which was down from the 141 electors who voted in 2011.
Overall, the turnout for the Advance and Special voting opportunities combined was up by 56 voters or 17%.
Election Day is Saturday, November 15th and voting will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Duncan Fire Hall, 468 Duncan Street. Electors are reminded to bring two pieces of identification (at least one with your signature) which prove both residency and identity.
