Take the Citizen Satisfaction Survey Online!
The City of Duncan is conducting its second Citizen Satisfaction Survey to gauge resident satisfaction and outline citizen priorities as part of the City’s commitment to improving customer service. Building on the previous survey conducted in 2014, this survey will help the City evaluate how it’s performing and identify where opportunities for improvement exist.
Between September 28th and October 15th, Discovery Research, on behalf of the City of Duncan, will conduct a telephone survey of 400 random households to seek feedback on a variety of issues including satisfaction with City services, identify spending priorities, and customer service, including how people want to interact with the City (online, phone, in person). If residents receive a call, they are encouraged to take the time to provide feedback.
Residents who are not contacted by phone are invited to take part in the process by completing the online version of the survey.
