REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 2017-05 TRANS-CANADA HIGHWAY PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY
The City of Duncan requires design and construction inspection services for a multi-use path along the Trans-Canada Highway (TCH). The purpose of this trail is to create a safer means of travel for pedestrians and cyclists along the TCH by moving pedestrians and cyclists further away from the TCH and having a boulevard buffer between the trail and the TCH. As well, the City is looking to improve the aesthetics of the TCH while entering the City from the south.
