June 28 – August 5, 39 Days of July Summer Festival
There’s lots happening in downtown Duncan over the next month. Starting this Friday, June 28 the kickoff to Cowichan-Duncan Summer Festival’s 39 Day’s of July happens.
For Canada Day, July 1, there will be musical performances from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. in Charles Hoey Park, and in City Square (behind City Hall, 200 Craig Street) 8:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Also on Canada Day, Canada Avenue parking lot will be closed off for the 5th Annual ‘4 on 4’ mixed road hockey tournament.
For all performances held at City Square stage, Lois Lane and City Square will be closed to vehicular traffic for the safety of all.
We encourage everyone to come and enjoy all of the free activities available in ‘a rather fun place to be’!
