How do I pay my City Bill?
To ensure social distancing and the safety of others we recommend paying online.
Alternately, City Hall will be open as of June 1, 2020, for payment transactions only from Monday to Friday.
If you are paying in-person at City Hall, the City accepts cash, cheque, debit card. The City does not accept credit cards for taxes and utility bills. The City does not accept email transfers (e-transfers) for any payments.

- Through your financial institution at the teller
- Through your online banking (e-transfer not accepted)
- In person with cash, cheque or debit card, City Hall 200 Craig Street (credit card not accepted)
- Mail a cheque to: Duncan City Hall, 200 Craig St, Duncan BC, V9L 1W3
- Deposit a cheque in the 24 hour drop box located at each of the City Hall entrances (do not put cash in the drop box)
