Tree Protection Bylaw Input Opportunity!
The City of Duncan’s Tree Protection Bylaw No. 3135 was last updated in 2018. Since then, many municipalities have increased their commitment to urban forests and have strengthened their tree protection bylaws to be more stringent regarding which trees may be removed from private property. The City of Duncan is currently reviewing and updating its Tree Protection Bylaw.
