May 25, 2021 - The City of Duncan garbage truck broke down today. It is not expected to be back on the road until the end of the week. However, the Municipality of North Cowichan has come to the City's rescue by loaning the City one of its trucks so
Thurber Engineering will be at the south west corner of Jubilee and Ingram Street, and behind Valley Seniors Organization (in the gravel) on May 27 & 28, 2021 and will have sidewalk or parking closures.
