Traffic Notice: Canada Avenue Sanitary Sewer Upgrade Project

Updated October 15: The Canada Avenue Sanitary Sewer Upgrade Project has required a full closure of Canada Avenue (at Ingram Street) 24 hours a day for the past few weeks, and we thank everyone for their patience during this time. Paving is expected to be completed in two weeks (October 29th). However, this is weather dependent. During paving single lane alternating traffic may be permitted.

Detour through Duncan Street – James Street to Ingram Street. Jubilee Street can also be used as an alternate route. Traffic control personnel will be on site to assist traffic and pedestrians. If you have questions please contact Public Works, 250-746-5321.
