City Online Payment System

Unfortunately we are experiencing technical difficulties with the online payment system.  If you need to make a payment to the City :

For Parking Tickets:

• Mail a cheque to City Hall, 200 Craig Street, Duncan BC V9L 1W3;
• Drop it off in one of our 24-hour mail drop boxes at the doors of City Hall; or
• In-person, during City Hall hours you can pay at the front counter by cheque, credit card, cash or debit.

For Business Licences:

• You can also pay electronically through your online banking
