Notice of Development Variance Permit (DVP-2021-02) 1066 College Street
This notice is to advise that Council will consider issuance of a Development Variance Permit for LOT 3, SECTION 19, RANGE 5, QUAMICHAN DISTRICT, PLAN 7907, located at 1066 College Street, Duncan, BC.
The applicant is requesting a variance to Part 4, Section 4.3 of Zoning Bylaw No. 3166 to increase the maximum floor area ratio from 0.5:1 to 0.62:1 to facilitate the conversion of the existing single-unit dwelling into a two-unit dwelling.
The proposed permit will be available for public review from Wednesday, January 5, 2022, to Monday, January 17, 2022. Written comments received after 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 14, 2022, and before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 17, 2022, will be submitted for public record during the meeting.
