A Special Meeting of Duncan City Council will be held:

The purpose of this meeting will be to consider items on the agenda:

• Administer the Oath of Office for Councillor-elect Jenni Capps
• Receive the Strategic Plan Actions – Status Update Report; and
• Discuss matters for which the meeting will be closed under Community Charter section 90(1) (l) -discussions with municipal officers and employees respecting municipal objectives, measures and progress reports for the purposes of preparing an annual report under section 98 [annual municipal report].
