Special Council Meeting – January 16 at 9:00 am

PURPOSE: The purpose of this meeting will be to consider items on the agenda:

  • Online Engagement Webpage Title; and
  • Discuss matters for which the meeting will be closed under Community Charter section 90(1) (l) -discussions with municipal officers and employees respecting municipal objectives, measures and progress reports for the purposes of preparing an annual report under section 98 [annual municipal report].

The first portion of this meeting will be open to the public and will be live streamed on YouTube and will be available for viewing anytime through the duncan.civicweb.net/portal/ or go to YouTube.com and search “City of Duncan”.
