This notice is to advise that Council will consider issuance of a Development Variance Permit for LOT A, SECTION 19, RANGE 6, QUAMICHAN DISTRICT, PLAN EPP135115, located at 1006 Vista Avenue, Duncan, BC.

What is the purpose of the Development Variance Permit?
The applicant is requesting a variance to Part 4, Section 4.3.1 of Zoning Bylaw No. 3166 to reduce the minimum front parcel line setback for a principal dwelling from 4.0 m to 3.36 m and the minimum front parcel line setback for a garage from 6.0 m to 5.6 m to facilitate the construction of a new single-unit dwelling.
