This notice is to advise that Council will consider issuance of a Development Variance Permit for LOT 3, BLOCK 1, SECTION 17, RANGE 6, QUAMICHAN DISTRICT, PLAN VIP854, located at 462 Duncan Street, Duncan, BC.

What is the purpose of the Development Variance Permit?
The applicant is requesting variances to Section 8.2 and 10.4 of Sign Bylaw No. 3095, 2013 to increase the maximum number of fascia signs per business frontage from one to two, and to reduce the minimum distance a fascia sign may be placed near a window from 0.3 m to 0.1 m.
