Banners (Non-Profit or Charitable Ventures – TCH)

POLICY:
THAT as policy, the Council of the City of Duncan only permit the display of banners for
non-profit or charitable ventures across the Trans Canada Highway from the banner poles
south of the Silver Bridge or across any other roadway in the City.
Note: size of banners to be 3′ x 29′ with wind holes
