Superior Excavating will have intermittent traffic delays while they locate and work on civil services at 454 Ypres Street. Traffic control will be on site as needed to safely direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic safely around the job site.

Construction beneath the Tzouhalem Road bridge (just east of Lakes Rd.) will begin in late November 22 to repair supports for North Cowichan and Duncan’s water mains that run beneath the bridge. This work will require that the bridge be reduced to single lane alternating traffic occassionally throughout the project
