Council Meeting

Council meetings are formal meetings in which Council conducts the official business of the City of Duncan. Council meetings are held at City Hall, 200 Craig Street on the third Monday of each month and begin at 6:00 pm. If Monday is a holiday, meetings are held on the Tuesday. Special Council meetings may be called by the Chair.
To appear before Council, please review Delegation Requests information and submit a delegation request application.
The Council meeting agenda will be posted on Thursday before each scheduled meeting and live video of the Council meeting will be available for viewing.
The Council meeting minutes will be available as soon as possible after the meeting. Please note that Council meeting minutes are considered “Draft” until adopted by Council at a subsequent meeting.
