Halloween Spooktacular

Participating Spooktacular businesses will provide safe trick-or-treating from 10:00am to 12:00pm, followed by a costume contest, parade, and other fun games from 12:00pm to 2:00pm in City Square. Don’t be surprised to see some shop owners add to the atmosphere by dressing in costume, and offering treats to those close by.
