One Billion Rising

From the event website: “Rise with us for our 6th Annual One Billion Rising Cowichan. Join Dancers and Speakers at Duncan City Square to oppose Violence and Sexual Violence Against Women and Girls, and to stand in Solidarity with Exploited, Marginalized Members of our own Community.”
City Square will be closed for the event from 11:30am until approximately 1:30pm.
