Special Closed Council Meeting

A Special Closed Meeting of Duncan City Council will be held on Monday, January 9, 2017, immediately following the Committee of the Whole meeting, which convenes at 6:00 pm., in the Committee Room of Duncan City Hall, 200 Craig Street, Duncan, B.C.
The meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to the Community Charter as the subject matter being considered relates to the following:
- Section 90(1)(c) – labour relations or other employee relations; and,
- Section 90(1)(e) – the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the Council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality.
