Special Closed Council Meeting

A Special Closed Meeting of Duncan City Council will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2017 in the Committee Room, at Duncan City Hall, 200 Craig Street, Duncan, B.C., at 2:00 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss matters which are closed to members of the public under the following sections of the Community Charter:
- Section 90 (1)(f) – law enforcement, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the conduct of an investigation under or enforcement of an enactment; and
- Section 90(1)(i) – the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
The 24 hour notice requirement for a Special Council Meeting will be waived by unanimous consent of all council members, in accordance with Section 127 (4) of the Community Charter.
