Participating Spooktacular businesses will provide safe trick-or-treating from 10:00am to 12:00pm, followed by a costume contest, parade, and other fun games from 12:00pm to 2:00pm in City Square. Don’t be surprised to see some shop owners add to the atmosphere by dressing in costume, and offering treats to those close by.

During the annual Christmas Kick-Off celebration Santa will arrive by fire truck and will be available for visits in his Santa Station. The Smiley Family Band will be playing and carols will be sung.
