Request for Proposal – Managed IT Services

The City of Duncan is seeking the services of an Information Technology Managed Services
Provider who will provide a full range of IT support services, including on-site and remote
system maintenance, advanced desktop support and troubleshooting, proactive network
management, software licensing management, equipment warranty management and assisting
in IT asset tracking and resource planning.

Proposals will be accepted until the Closing Time specified. It is the Proponent’s sole responsibility
to ensure its Proposal is received at the address set out above by the Closing Time.
