Business Licence Renewal Invoices for 2025
Business Licence renewal invoices are ready for 2025. Due to the Canada Post strike, invoices cannot be mailed and are available for pick up at Duncan City Hall, 200 Craig Street. Alternately, please email licence@duncan.ca to request that your invoice be emailed to you.
Do we know where your Business is?
If you have closed, sold, moved your business, or changed your business phone number, mailing address, or email address, please notify us as soon as possible at 250-746-6126 or licence@duncan.ca as your account may become outstanding and subject to penalties.
Business Licence renewals are due February 28, 2025. A penalty will be issued after the due date.

Pet Licence Renewal Invoices for 2025
Pet Licence renewal invoices are ready for 2025. Due to the Canada Post strike, invoices cannot be mailed and are available for pick up at Duncan City Hall, 200 Craig Street. Alternately, please email licence@duncan.ca to request that your invoice be emailed to you.
To get the early bird (discounted) rate, the pet licence must be paid by January 31, 2025. After 4:00 pm on January 31, 2025, the regular rate will apply.
Neutered or spayed dog Before January 31st = $35.00
After January 31st = $45.00
Unaltered adult dog Before January 31st = $60.00
After January 31st = $75.00
Please advise us if you have moved or your pet has passed away by writing to licence@duncan.ca.
If your puppy is not able to be fixed yet, please let us know and we will keep them at the puppy rate ($6.00).
If your pet licence invoice is not paid, your dog will not be licenced for 2025. All unlicenced dogs are subject to a $115.00 daily fine.
