Notice of Amendment to Council Procedure Bylaw

At 6:00 pm on January 7th, 2019, Duncan City Council will consider adoption of “Council Procedure Amendment Bylaw No. 3050.03, 2018”, which will amend the Council Procedure Bylaw to:

• increase the frequency of Council meetings to twice each month, except in July and August when one meeting will take place each month; and,
• decrease the frequency of Committee of the Whole meetings from once each month to be scheduled as needed.
