Notice of Proposed Property Disposition
The City of Duncan proposes to renew the lease of the land and building located at 675 Canada Avenue (Margaret Moss Health Unit) to the Ministry of Citizens’ Services (Island Health) for a period of five years (2019-2023) commencing April 1, 2019, for the purpose of operating a public health unit.
The land is legally described as Lots 13 and 14, Block 5, Section 18, Range 6, Quamichan District, Plan 798. The City of Duncan gives notice of consideration to be received for the lease:
- 2019 – $11.25 per ft2 foot per annum = $6,849.38/month
- 2020 – $11.50 per ft2 per annum = $7,001.58/month
- 2021 – $12.00 per ft2 per annum = $7,306.00/month
- 2022 & 2023 – $12.50 per ft2 per annum = $7,610.42/month
