Business Licence Invoices Mailed Out

Business Licence invoices have been mailed out.

Do we know where your Business is?
If you have closed, sold, moved your business, or changed your business phone number, mailing address or email address, please notify the City as soon as possible as your account may become outstanding and subject to penalties.

Business Licence payments are due February 28, 2023. A penalty will be issued after the due date.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: 

• Credit card at https://remote.duncan.ca/vadimopen/Home and use the 5 digit Access Code on the top right of your invoice.
• Electronically through your online banking. Search for payee ‘Duncan’ and select the ‘business licence’ option and use the 5 digit Customer Number on the top right of your invoice;
• Mail a cheque to City Hall, 200 Craig Street, Duncan BC V9L 1W3;
• Drop it off in one of our 24-hour mail drop boxes at the doors of City Hall; or
• In-person, during City Hall hours you can pay at the front counter by cheque, credit card, cash or debit.

Once payment is processed you will receive your business licence in the mail.
