2023 Council Meeting Schedule
City of Duncan Regular Council Meetings normally take place on the first and third Monday of each month (unless otherwise noted) at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chamber, 200 Craig Street, Duncan, BC, on the following dates:

| March 20 | April 3 |
| April 17 | May 1 |
| May 15 | June 5 |
| June 19 | July 17 |
| August 14 (2nd Monday) | September 5 (Tuesday) |
| October 3 (Tuesday) | October 16 |
| November 6 | November 20 |
| December 4 (Awards Meeting) | December 11 (2nd Monday) |
NOTE: Meeting schedule may be subject to change.
Special Council Meetings and Committee of the Whole (COW) Meetings will be scheduled as needed. Notice of COW Meetings and Special Council Meetings will be posted at City Hall and on the City’s website.
