Request for Proposal 2023-06: Gibbins Reservoir Engineering

The City of Duncan is inviting prospective Proponents to submit proposals to improve the security and integrity of the City of Duncan’s potable water supply through reservoir lining of the existing Tank #2 at the Gibbins treated water storage reservoir.

The Proposal, in triplicate, and the envelopes should be clearly marked with the name and address of the Proponent and the RFP program title. The sealed envelope should be addressed to the following:
