City-Wide Facade Improvement and Beautification Program

The City-Wide Façade Improvement and Beautification Program is a City of Duncan initiative to promote City revitalization and beautification by encouraging building owners to invest in storefront upgrades and landscaping improvements adjacent to the public realm. Grants may be awarded for up to 50% of the cost of eligible improvements to a maximum of $5,000 per commercial property, per year.
