City of Duncan Tree Sale – June 4, 2025

The City of Duncan is holding its first-ever Tree Sale!

Date: Wednesday, June 4, 2025
Time: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. (or until sold out)
Where: McAdam Park Parking Lot, 820 Wharncliffe Road
Cost: $20, cash only

Who can participate?

• City of Duncan residents (check here: https://duncan.ca/visitors/jurisdictions/)
• 1 tree per property (includes building stratas)
• Trees must be planted on private property within City limits

What to bring:

• Valid photo ID & proof of address
• Tenants: Agent Authorization Form signed by your landlord – found online or in person at City Hall
• A way to transport your tree & soil home

Choose from a wide variety:

P’hwulhp (Garry Oak), Maple, Hemlock, Magnolia, Ginkgo, Xpey’ (Cedar), Fruit Trees & more!

Each tree comes in a 5–10 gallon pot with free bag of planting soil.
