Chabad of Vancouver Island annual Chanukah: Festival of Lights

On Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 4:00 PM, Chabad of Vancouver Island will hold their annual Chanukah: Festival of Lights celebrations where they publicly light an 9-foot menorah, in the City Square of the City of Duncan. Mayor Staples will be present to light the shamash (the helper candle) and say a few words.
