Notice of Dispostion – Lane Adjacent to 693 Powell Street

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Sections 24 and 26 of the Community Charter that the City of Duncan proposes to lease the easterly 76 ft x 15 ft of the lane adjacent to 693 Powell Street  (Lot 5, Block 3, Section 17, Range 7, Quamichan District, Plan VIP 1721) to Venus Silva for five (5) years at a rate of $1.00 and in exchange for maintenance of the leased portion being provided by the Lessee for each of the next five (5) years.
