Downtown Duncan Business Improvement Area

Downtown businesses have established a Downtown Duncan Business Improvement Area (DDBIA), which allows property owners in a geographic area to pool their efforts and funds for marketing, planning and management of activities to support business. The Downtown Duncan BIA, represents many of the downtown area businesses, was established in 1995 and is funded through a levy paid by the owners of these commercial properties. The Downtown Duncan BIA carries out programs and projects to increase the vibrancy of the downtown area.
