The City commenced two separate “placemaking” design projects, one for 85 Station Street and one for Whistler Street earlier this year. The process began with a free public presentation on placemaking by Mark Lakeman of Communitecture on February 28th and a public workshop on February 29th and March 1st.

On Monday, May 25, 2020, from approximately 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. A large moving company truck, with ramp, will be parked in front of 60 Ingram Street-Craig Street, to move Big Brothers & Sisters to their new location at 80 Station Street (Cowichan Merchants Building). To unload the contents.
