City of Duncan Special Council Meeting, December 13, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
DUNCAN – At tonight’s Council meeting, Council will consider two agenda items for open public comment: Temporary Use Application for 610 Trunk Road, and proposed property disposition at 325 First Street (Duncan Manor).
If you have registered to speak to one of the items at tonight’s Council meeting, an email with instructions will be sent to you. You will be afforded 3 minutes to speak.
If you are planning to attend in-person at City Hall, please note, Chamber has limited seating capacity due to COVID-19. The Chamber is provided for those citizens that do not have access to a computer to view the meeting. City Council members will not be in Chamber. Council members will log in to the meeting from their respective places. At City Hall, the Chamber will have on a big screen to watch the Council meeting. If you wish to speak to an agenda item while attending, a computer will be set up in the adjoining room to Chamber so that you can state your comments on the Zoom meeting. You will be afforded 3 minutes to speak.

You will be afforded to speak after all registered speakers have spoken. To comment please click the “Raise Your Hand” button to request to speak when public comment is being taken on the agenda item. You will then be unmuted when it is your turn to make your comment for up to 3 minutes. After the allotted time, you will then be re-muted. Instructions of how to “Raise Your Hand” are below.
