The new Duncan City Council held its Inaugural meeting on November 7th, 2022. The Mayor and Councillors took their oaths of office to officially begin the 2022-2026 term. Councillor-elect Jenni Capps was unable to attend the Inaugural meeting and will complete her oath of office at a future meeting.
November 9: The City has borrowed a garbage truck, and will be starting with Tuesday’s garbage route today, and moving into Wednesday’s route. Wednesday's route may not be able to complete today. If your garbage is not picked up today, please leave it out for tomorrow’s collection.

A Remembrance Day Ceremony will be held on November 11, 2022 at 10:50 a.m. (Muster 10:40 a.m.) at the Duncan Cenotaph, Charles Hoey Park on Canada Avenue.
